IP Telephony Providers Need to be Prepared for Toll Free

There’s seems to be a number of SIP (VOIP) providers that were not well prepared for the inevitable need to have to deal with old landline processes.  Toll free porting and routing and Local Number Portability are a necessity if consumers are going to trade in their landlines and go to IP.  It appears some SIP carriers could use some help understanding that they can’t be the carrier on the originating end of toll free calls and need to fully understand the RespOrg process.
