Our company, Navis, has been using ATL Communication as our Resp Org for the past 15 years. As Navis has grown so has our usage of TFN’s, and we rely on ATL to process our submitted Resp Org’s in a timely fashion which they do. Navis currently has over 118K TFN’s that ATL has Resp Org’d on our behalf with no real issues ever. In the past, ATL helped use devise a disaster plan for our TFN’s where we have templates setup which allows Navis the ability to change the CIC at the SMS on any template of TFN’s to allow Navis to continue to route inbound traffic during carrier outages. This is a huge win for our clients as we promote a proven 99.9% uptime on the routing of the inbound traffic on the 118K TFN’s we currently maintain.
